Gateway Village

Gateway Village is a 120 acre, high end mixed master planned project, developed at the entrance to the Orlando International Airport, at the critical intersection of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528) and Semoron Boulevard (SR 436). The project is developed with full horizontal infrastructure, including master storm ponds, interior streets, all underground utilities, a master signage plan, walkable landscaping, streetscaping, and lighting plans. The project is platted, mass graded with quality soils, and master planned by the City of Orlando for 1,200 apartment units, 600 hotels, 140,0000 square feet of retail, and over 275,000 square feet of corporate headquarter office. Zoning is the most intense zoning of City of Orlando, and would allow significantly higher density.

International Airport handles 60,000,000 passengers per year and the area has 65,960 employees and 2 Million SF of office.

The center has top restaurant sales in the nation for national brands such as Bonefish Grill, Longhorn Stackhouse, Carrabba’s and TGI Friday’s.

Gateway Village, built in 2010, includes 29,928 square feet of newly constructed shopping center space on a portion of the Property. The Property has the ability for two additional building pads, respectively 5,000 s.f. and 7,000 s.f..

JBL in a joint venture project with Contravest will develop 323 rental units with project commencement in fall 2019.
